The Tiber River Reviewer Program Agreement

This agreement is between you and Aquinas and More Catholic Goods, Inc. "The Online Catholic Store", the owner of TiberRiver.com.

Qualifications

You must have a blog.
Your blog must have a Catholic focus. It doesn't have to be exclusively Catholic but it must be a regular topic.
Your blog must be faithful to the Magesterium.
You must have been posting at least four times a month for six consecutive months to be approved for the blogger program.
Your blog must be visible to the public. If you have a public blog that you make private you are no longer eligible for the program.
Your mailing address must be in the United States. Due to shipping costs we can't ship free media to foreign countries.

As a reviewer you agree to the following:

Select products for review that you are really interested in reviewing.
Write a review about the product at least 400 words long that meets basic standards of grammar and punctuation.
Write reviews that express your honest opinion about the product you are reviewing. Dishonest reviewers will be removed from the program without recourse and also from the Aquinas and More affiliate program if they are members.
One out of every three products you receive must come from our "Preferred Product List". You can find the list by logging in to your account. There will always be a variety of products for you to choose from.
While there isn't a time limit for completing a review, you will not receive a new product until a review has been posted for a previously received product.
Link each review to the Tiber River website and to the reviewed product on the AquinasandMore.com website.
End each review with a blurb explaining that the review is part of the Tiber River Review program with links to Tiber River and to AquinasandMore.com.
Once a review has been approved for publication on the TiberRiver.com website, Aquinas and More Catholic Goods, Inc. becomes the owner of the review and may use the review on any of its websites to promote the product reviewed without further compensation beyond that listed in the section title "Compensation" below.

As The Online Catholic Store we agree to the following:

Always have quality products available for you to choose from.
Give you the compensation agreed to in the compensation section below.
Always give you credit both by name and with a link to your blog for every review you write.
Approve or send back your review for correction within five business days of submission.
Always accept the review you write, even if you are critical of the product reviewed.

Subscriptions

If you choose to review a subscription you will be sent one issue from that publication, not an entire subscription.

Compensation

For each review you write you will receive:

30 Faithful Shopper points for each "Preferred Product List" review approved.
20 Faithful Shopper points for each other approved review you write.
A link in each review back to your blog and to a list of all reviews you have written for The Online Catholic Store.
Affiliate Compensation for purchases that are referred from your blog if you are part of the Aquinas and More affiliate program.
Tracking for a year of referrals from your blog if you use the Aquinas and More affiliate and review programs exclusively.

Relationship

Your membership in The Online Catholic Store review program in no way implies that you are an employee or contractor of The Online Catholic Store.

Both parties in this agreement may terminate the agreement at any time without further compensation or commitment expected from either party.

The terms of this agreement may be changed by The Online Catholic Store but will not be changed without providing at least 30 days notice to all parties in the agreement.
