As the title of the book implies, this is not a biography of St. John Vianney but is a reflection on the great saint's life and work as it can be applied to our present age. Fr. Rutler "interprets" the Cure of Ars for the modern Catholic. Insightful, informative, interesting, provocative and thoughtful. A good read indeed.
