Arrive on time

Arrive 10-15 minutes before your service to check in, use the washroom, and pick polish colours before your service starts.

Footwear

Take your shoes off upon entry to keep the spa floors clean from outdoor debris.

Cancellations

Minimum 24 hours in advance, last minute cancellations or no show may result in a charge equivalent of 50% of the service fee.

Valuables

Tiber is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables in your vehicle or feel free to keep them on your person during your treatment.

Gratuity
